Client data in engagements
Where a client provides CRM records or historic campaign data, that data is processed only for the agreed engagement, handled under the terms of the client agreement, and is not shared with other clients.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it.
